ACTpro-X Readers
May be installed in exposed outdoor 
conditions (IP67)
May be up to 100m when powered from 
+12V DC
May be a maximum of 30m from the 
controller when powered from +5V DC
Use 8 core screened cable
Note: The +5 Volt reader supply on ACT
controllers is normally rated at 100mA.
Typically this is sufficient to power 2 ACTpro
Readers.
Readers
ACTpro 2000
The ACTpro 2000 requires a 12 Volt DC 
supply
The controller may not be installed 
outdoors unless it is in a sealed and
heated cabinet
The ACTpro 2000 is expanded from 2 to 
16 access points via “single door ACTpro
100” or the “two Door ACTpro 200”
Expanders
The ACTpro 2000 is compatible with 
ACTWin Pro and ACTWin Lite software
packages.
The ACTpro 2000 controller will operate 
standalone or can be connected to a PC
via the onboard
• Serialport(RS232)

converts RS485 to RS232)
The ACTpro 2000 Controller may be 
networked via an RS485 interface to
expand the system up to a maximum of
32 controllers (512 doors).
